Tokyo Game Show 2019 reported an attendance of 262,076 over the course of four days (September 12-15) this past week. That is less than last year’s 298,690, the highest attendance on record, but more than 2017’s attendance of 254,311.
The last public day (September 15) drew in around 102,333 people. The event counts the equivalent of turnstile attendance, meaning a person who attends all four days would be counted four times.
Next year’s Tokyo Game Show will run from September 15 to September 18 at the same Makuhari Messe center in Chiba.
